We called Terri to get some input into selling our house. Within a few hours we were walking through the house getting ideas whether to sell as-is or giving the house a face lift. She suggested the facelift, but we were concerned as previous attempts with two contractors indicated it would delay selling for months and necessitate us making a lot of the design decisions, overseeing the work by various subcontractors, and doing the shopping for counters, sinks, faucets, flooring, etc. Terri had a great contact with a design team who works with proven subcontractors.
